At the door student tickets are not guaranteed. Seats are limited and may sell out. We encourage you to purchase tickets early.
• LUNCH – Lunch will be a boxed lunch from Chick-fil-a including a chicken sandwich, chips, cookie and bottled water. (No specialty lunches available). We recommend all attendees bring a refillable water bottle. Water refill stations will be available throughout the venue.
– Outside lunches are not permitted at the venue. If you select tickets without lunch, you will be required to leave the venue to eat lunch. There will only be a 1 hour lunch break.
• BUS PARKING
– There will be a limited number of bus parking spots available on-site at the Classic Center. If you do not have a bus parking pass, your bus driver will be required to locate parking off-site. Bus parking passes will be $45 per bus.
– If you are staying at one of the local hotels, there will be bus parking at your hotel. See below for hotel information where we have secured a block rate.
• T-SHIRTS -PRESALE DISCOUNT – Youth sizes – Adult XL – $18 Adult 2XL/3XL – $21
Prices will be higher for on-site t-shirt purchases.
• VOLUNTEERS – Chapters are NOT required to provide a volunteer. Chapters who opt to provide a full-day volunteer will receive a voucher for $50 off their chapter dues for the 2026-2027 school year after their volunteer serves at TomeCon.
• HOTEL BLOCK RATE
– We have secured a block rate with the hotel attached to the Classic Center. Reservations must be made by February 17 to take advantage of the block rate.
